Purchase Guidelines
I am pleased to offer online purchasing of my unique works. Works currently available are shown on the gallery pages. To purchase, note the title and number on the product page and click "Go to Purchase Request Form". Fill in the form and submit it. I will contact you to complete the payment and shipping.

Payment Method
Payment can be made through Square. Once I receive your purchase request email, I will call you to obtain your credit card information for Square processing.
Shipping
Shipping is included in the purchase price. To complete your shipped order, I need your full name, shipping address, phone number, and email address on the Purchase Request form. After you complete your payment, Luisa Baldinger Ceramics will pack and ship the work to you. I will contact you to let you know when the item is being shipped. Shipping usually occurs within 2-3 days.
Pick Up
If you prefer to pick up the work at my Santa Fe studio, indicate on the Purchase Request Form. Luisa Baldinger Ceramics will set your selected piece aside and contact you to set up a studio visit. I will apply a 35% discount to the website price. Payment can be made by cash, check, or credit card.
Refund Policy
If you are not happy with the piece for any reason, we will be glad to refund the purchase price minus the cost of shipping. Please email willettbaldinger@gmail.com to get approval for returns. Please pack it in the original boxes with the original packing, and insure the package when you ship it back. I will not be able to refund it if the piece is broken upon return.
